Loan Assistant

Hi There, We are rapidly growing and we are looking for a strong candidate. As a Mortgage Loan Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Loan Originator in managing leads, helping clients get pre-approved to buy a home, and maintaining partner ---------- Mortgage Experience is required so if you are looking for a full-time position, let’s talk. ** NO AGENCIES PLEASE **
Compensation - Based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Liaison between the borrower, processor & real estate agents to facilitate loan approval
• Input detailed loan process documentation in our system - from origination to close
• Determine the best loan option for the borrower through interviewing and discussion
• Follow up with clients and agents
What You'll Need:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior US mortgage experience
• Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and confidently direct consumer interactions
• Love fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
