Sales Support Virtual Assistant

About the role:
We are looking for a Sales support specialist to help our sales teams keep Hubspot leads updated, track deals and ensure all sales leads are tracked, documented and converted at the highest rate into sales. Basically, the more you can help our sales team focus on closing sales the better!

Requirements:
- Speaks fluent English
- Can work from 6:30 AM - 3:30 AM PST
- Eager, Coachable, and Adaptable

How you will contribute:
Organize and maintain Hubspot CRM database
Track, tag, and update lead status
Conduct research to fill in missing/outdated contact information
Verify and update lead information
Create followup tasks for the sales team
Process Purchase Orders
Generate quotes
Update product library in CRM
Send invoices to customers
Field customer inquiries
Lead generation
Other duties assigned

What You Should Have:
Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM
Experience assisting U.S. Sales teams and helping support U.S. side sales reps (any sales experience counts)
Excellent written and verbal English
Reliable Internet and Home Office setup
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Pluses:
Experience with lead generation
Experience Working in B2B Ecommerce
Experience working in Customer Support or phone Sales roles
