Customer Service Representative with Conversation English Speaking Skills

We’re an events based company that offers fun experiences to large groups for birthday parties,
corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We’re an easy going group that’s expanding across the US and need the assistance of a Customer Service representative. We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals who are looking for full time work from the convenience of their home, and can speak comfortably in English!

No post-secondary, degree or diploma required.

Role Description:

Cable/Fast Internet connection required
Full Training is provided (paid training)
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills in English (little to no accent)
Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
Must be detailed oriented
Strong preference to those who can type fast & are great multi-taskers
Strong preference to those with call-center experience
Full-Time hours (Schedule will be discussed but must be available to work on Saturdays)
We will provide a knowledge base of questions to be familiar with
You will contact customers to schedule bookings via email & phone
All you need is a phone, computer and your enthusiastic voice
We need someone that’s upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
