I need an experienced VA to help run /organize my small business - Must speak great english

Hi! i have a small computer store where we offer pc repairs and pc sales, at the ---------- nt we need a VA to help us with:

Check Status of Repairs and update customers by phone
Answer our missed calls to give directions or status of repairs
Answer calls coming to our online computer store





Email invoices, occasionally calls to get invoices paid
Check / follow up on our Service Technicians to make sure they are doing their jobs correctly
Use excel or google sheets to update parts ordered, repair statuses

Will be great if :
VA has great attention to detail and very organized
VA understands a little bit about computers ( we are computer repair shop)
VA has great communication skills to talk to a few customers when we get busy
Has experience with customer service

Monday through friday 9:00 to 6pm eastern standard time
