Overview: The HR Specialist will be responsible in identifying key talent needs to execute business strategy and develop plans to proactively address the needs of the customer. Match supply to the demand, manage scheduling issues and execute sourcing strategy across one or more channels.
Job Responsibilities:
• Recruiting activities for both US and Philippines
• Responsible for analyzing open role requirements
• Assist all candidates in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly
• Participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation
• Proactively communicate availability of candidates and arrange schedule according to recruitment process
• Updates, maintains and distributes pre-hire forms to candidates
• Performs administrative functions for the HR including data entry and calendar management
Requirements/Qualifications:
• At least 5 years expertise in General HR
• Must be analytical and very keen to details
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must have strong computer skills especially in Excel formulas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
