JOB OVERVIEW

Wholesale managers oversee sales teams and develop strategies to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. They deal with a range of tasks, including working with company managers to find ways to build sales, control expenses, and evaluate staff performance.

Our brand is EVORETRO one of the leaders in accessories to protect and enhance collections such as Funko Pop, Pokémon card, Star Wars figurines, Hot Wheels and Retro video games.
Your mandate is to continue to build relationships with our current 150 retailers located in Canada and the United ---------- rm them of promotions, new products or simply see to their needs.

Due to the reputation of the EVORETRO brand and the cool collector products we are launching now, there is a lot of opportunity.

The Sales Managers in conjunction with Marketing and the CEO will implement strategies to seek out these new retailers either via phone, social media or well-placed emails.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, loves challenges and would like to become an important player in a growing company!

Maximize Sales
- A key part of a wholesale manager’s role is to find ways to improve and develop sales numbers. This is accomplished through analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.

Analyze Sales
- Producing reports and presenting them to department heads is an important part of a wholesale manager’s job. Through analyzing sales and data, they can produce wholesale forecasts and work towards agreed KPIs.

Retailer Relationship Management
- Cold Calling Leads to onboard as Retailer, processing orders of retailers, ensuring product catalog has up-to-date products and prices

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Communications Skills- Wholesale managers need to be able to communicate well with retailers and prospective clients and build rapport, trust and long-term business relationship. Timely responses, and a great command in written and spoken English is a must.
- Problem-Solving – Wholesale managers need to be able to identify issues or faults behind why sales aren’t coming in. The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, as well as the ability to process information clearly, is vital to this role
- Leadership – Wholesale managers need to be able to motivate various colleagues and teams to work towards shared sales targets and strategies, so strong leadership skills are a must
- Customer Focus – A large part of wholesale managers’ job is to build relationships with suppliers and put the customer at the forefront of their strategies and plans. Previous experience in a customer-oriented role is advantageous for this aspect of the job
- Computer Skills – This role requires the ability to utilize data sheets and produce presentations, so wholesale managers have the ability to use computer software to do this effectively
- Numeracy Skills – Wholesale managers regularly analyze data and sales reports, so they need to have strong numerical abilities in order to work out percentages, totals, and projections

Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Funko Pop, Star Wars or Pokémon (It's a nice to have)
- Experience in BPO or Telemarketing
- Knowledge
- 2 years experience in an appropriate role such as marketing or wholesale management
- Bachelor’s Degree in retail management, business administration, merchandising, marketing or similar.
