Job Description
As a Customer Support agent you will be on the front line with our customers, and lead all customer support related projects. All support tickets are chat and email based (no phone).

Other than that, you will work as a general VA and work closely with our team to perform a variety of tasks and projects to move the company forward. We’re looking for a problem solver that can think on his/her feet without us having to hold his/her hand all the time.

Manage customer support for all our Amazon / Shopify customers
Help with marketing or logistics projects
Perform personal assistant tasks to help tea ---------- mbers
Requirements
Perfect English
Extreme attention to detail
Experience in customer support
High speed and stable home internet and back-up internet solutions
Able to self manage to complete tasks and achieve KPIs
Able to create and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve with little guidance
Well versed in Google docs and sheets
Experience in E-Commerce platforms such as: Amazon, Shopify (preferred)
