The successful candidate will be available for an immediate start, and will also need to be able to work during the night as our group is in the US time-zone.
Responsibilities Include
* Monitor all
* Create a daily report on feedback regarding our company and our competitors
* Create a content pillar and a monthly calendar for the group
* Monitor and delete unrelated posts in our group in real time
* Monitor our FB page and reviews, and respond in real time
* Respond to posts & comments inside the group, even if you don't know the answer, let them know you'll find out for them.
* Promote our campaigns and pin them to the top of the group
* List down members who are most active and potential group experts so we can identify them and give a badge
