Virtual Assistant

Hi there. I'm Sarah Walters, and I am Director at Optimum Youth Care. That means, I am the business owner responsible for providing support for teenagers who are unable to live with their family. Some of our young people may live at our provision due to experiencing neglect, abuse, entering the country unaccompanied by an adult, or due to serious mental illness.

I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy Virtual Assistant (VA) Consultant to assist with creating branded templates, forms and guidance booklets on a full-time basis from the 1st March 2020 until 30th April 2020.

The VA Consultant must:
- possess strong time management skills and can produce work on time because they can manage and organise themselves
- have the ability to communicate and turn up for meetings, as required, and be able to follow instructions to the letter

Requirements:
• Have strong experience and be proficient at creating content plans for social media
• Honest and reliable
• Quick learner
• Strong attention to detail and will proof-read their own work BEFORE submission
• Good communication skills
• Highly organized
• Good writing and research abilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Able to think out of the box, with an interest in learning new things
• Available for meetings, when required and must take notes
• Eager and willing to learn

Specific responsibilities include the following, and Optimum Youth Care Limited may request additional tasks, as required:

• Branding templates
• Create branded templates and forms with accompanying guidance
• Develop guidance templates for internal processes such as
o Inductions for new employees
o New admission processes for new residents to our homes
o Guidance for how staff are to lead a shift
• Develop and improve a draft Operational Handbook
• Create a Welcome Booklet for new residents
• Fire, Health & Safety Booklet

The Position:
This position is a virtual project position. The job must be complete for payment to be made in full. This is a short project of no more than three months.

£340 GBP
This is currently PHP 23,780.11 (£340 MONTHLY payment) at the time of writing this job description (18th February 2022). You will be paid the sterling rate for this job as set out above. This post may be turned into a full-time role for successful and strong candidates.
