Account Manager - Full-time - Permanent

We are a quickly growing company in the IT field (web hosting) and we are looking for someone (hopefully you!) to join our team as an Account Manager.

This is a permanent full-time position - 40 hrs/week.

What you will be doing:
- Assist potential and existing clients with sales inquiries over live chat, email, and ticket
- Followup with new clients to see if they need any assistance with their service
- Reach out to clients that haven't renewed their service (past due invoices)
- Followup with clients that have canceled their service to see if we can help with anything
- Handle various billing issues and complaints

(The primary role of this position is client retention)

What we are looking for:
- Someone that is great at working with people, outgoing, and loves achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading and writing)
- Experience working in Account Management, Client Retention, or Customer Service
- Experience working in the IT or web hosting field is a bonus but not required
- Good work environment with a fast internet connection
