Assistant - High level English Fluency, Able to call all mobile & landline, Productive, Organized, Expert w/ Excel

*I am looking for someone with a very high level of English proficiency*, this is of the upmost importance. Small language barriers can result in minor misunderstandings and these can add up and cause unnecessary problems. You will be copied on all of my communications with my local manager and writers to help to ensure that we are on the same page and that no tasks end up incomplete.


Ideal candidate (Requirements):
- *I am looking for someone who can read, write and comprehend English with near-native proficiency.*
- *Phone plan that allows calls to any phone, landline or mobile expensive per minute rates.* We can help with the cost but you must be able to call local businesses anywhere in the Philippines. Many have long hold times.
- *Comfortable making phone calls on my behalf to source products and negotiate pricing.*
- *Proficient with excel.* Please let me know if you have expert level of proficiency with excel, VBA and detail any other programming or developer skills.


Experience in the following areas is not required but would be very helpful:
- Please mention any *experience negotiating and sourcing materials or supplies* have you ever contacted any of the following to purchase and/or negotiate pricing - local retailers, online retailers, online wholesalers, factory direct wholesale, etc.

- *Do you have experience working with shipping companies* have you ever had to contact and arrange shipments through companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx or local alternatives? *Did you negotiate or shop around for the best price?*
- *Especially interested in people who have experience exporting to the US.*

- *Experience negotiating and buying products/materials from wholesalers on sites like Aliexpress, Alibaba and DH gate.*
- * have you ever sourced materials from China and had them imported into the Philippines?*


Pay
We pay biweekly or weekly.
Payment is made through PayPal goods and services.
Part time pay scale = $200-$360 monthly (for 18-22 hours per week)
Full time pay scale (If you live in CDO - part time assistant / part time writer) = $440 - $720 monthly
