Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter
• Provide support to our client companies in finding qualified candidates for open job opportunities.
• Review large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the profession and job requirements
• Recruit qualified candidates by utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls and referrals.
• Screen qualified candidates and stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Present good candidates to Recruiting Director.
Requirements
• Bachelor's/College Degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Experience using candidate management databases and Boolean searching
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video call)
• High volume recruitment experience and ability to manage a number of campaigns at any one time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to perform on the job with minimal supervision
