Role (Overview of the Position)
? Responsible for creating a connection with new patient opportunities, guiding people through the new patient journey, client management, client communication, and client retention
? Building strong relationships with potential patients
? Having a great attitude
? Creative input to enhance the operation towards continual excellence
? Jump into the fire every day and move the needle forward
Creating new social media content
Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)
? Take initiative with everything, every day!
? Able to respond quickly to lead inquiries and juggle multiple conversations at a time
? Ability to speak clearly and concisely
? Able to be empathetic when people call in to build a connection
? Extreme attention to detail
? Superb communicator
? Able to follow up consistently with new lead inquiries
? Ability to work independently
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
? Put potential patients at ease, diffuse their objections / concerns and enroll them into appointments
? Answer all questions in a timely manner
? See things through to completion (callbacks, etc.)
? Set proper expectations for patients + follow-through
? Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective patients
? Update CRM program in real-time
