KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is responsible in interpreting and administering licensing/appointment state rules (Based on United States
Regulations), processing initial/renewal license and appointment and/or new business applications, coordinating continuing education activities, and checking appointment status of contracting and/or new business submitted by our customers.
- Analyzing business records as it relates to producer licensing, appointment, new business, and commission requirements, and create customer record/reports as needed.
- Supporting, creating, and overseeing proper documentation of processes while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines.
Implements procedures to ensure that applications are properly verified and accurately uploaded into a database system as applicable.
- Establishing and maintaining communication with clients and/or team members; understanding needs and resolving relevant issues.
- Acts as a liaison between the company and the customer to resolve any issues related to customer records.
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external clients.
Updates and processes data as requested with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Generates customer related reports, queries, extracts reports/audits and assists with producer related inquires.
- Responsible to maintain and keep up to date or customers’
- Responsible for monitoring & updating all customer contact points. (Web, voice, e-mail, fax)
- Participates in corporate, departmental projects, and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, college undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
Must have at least 2 years experience working in a BPO/Contact Centre and/or accounting environment with experience related to Quality Assurance, Real time Analyst, or Financial Analyst is preferred but not required.
Able to create reports as needed and has experience in using Microsoft Excel (Formatting/Conditional Formatting, Logical (IF) Functions, References and Lookups, Pivot Tables etc.).
Analytical with attention to detail, providing clients timely status updates on projects and initiatives.
Excellent English communication, listening skills, and proven ability to be resourceful.
Must be willing to work in night shift. We do not have rotating shifts, shift starts at 9pm-5am and maybe adjusted to accommodate the Daylight-Saving Time in the US.
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and operation.
Has own internet connection at home with at least 10mbps internet speed.

Location: Work from home until further notice. Main office located in Kingston Tower, Madrigal Business Park Alabang, Muntinlupa City. (Near Honda Alabang)
