Hello there! I’m Brandon and I’m a real estate agent in Canada who desperately needs some help. The hours are getting shorter and shorter, and my to-do pile is turning into an overwhelming list of things that I just don’t have the time to get to!

I need help with….

Creating documents to help with the purchase and sale of homes
Data entry, taking all of the specific property information and entering it into the MLS system which is Matrix (experience with this platform is a huge plus)
Running and entering deals into eXp’s Slyslope (experience with this platform is a huge plus)


Graphics (not designs just entering information into a pre-made template)
Posting to social media - Just Listed - Just Sold - Videos - Text ads - (using pre-made templates no design is required)
Posting YouTube videos
Posting pre-made blog articles to my website and scheduling the posts
Creating content for my community tour videos based on a template that I provide to you (fill in the blanks with the MLS stats and information)
Updating and changing links
Creating directory listings and adding links for my website
Creating and posting to Pinterest

LEADS

Creating saved searches on my website based on the criteria I provide to you
Setting up and schedulinghowings
Finding out if homes are available or if they have an accepted offer

There is ALOT more that I need help with but this is a great starting point.

The post is part-time to start with but I feel the way things are going this will become a full-time job very soon.

I am looking to hire someone for the long haul and not a quick job for a month or two. As a result, I am willing to invest in training, certifications and do whatever I can to make sure you are successful in this position.
