Product Listing Associate - Join A Fun Team Environment!

Our growing company is looking to hire a Product Listing Associate who will be in charge of creating, editing and managing our online product catalog and listings.

You will be responsible for creating and editing products and services for purchase on our website and other 3rd party sales channels. The Product Listing Associate’s job will include editing Microsoft CSV and Excel files, uploading new products onto our website, and editing product photos, pricing, and descriptions. You will also be responsible for researching and analyzing product information to accurately portray products on our website to help support the Product Team’s overall strategy and goals.

To be a successful hire, you will need to be detail-oriented and have the ability to understand our products and services. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required. Shopify experience is a plus.

Product Listing Associate Responsibilities:
-Researching and comparing product information for accuracy
-Analyzing vendor pricing to properly update product catalog and listing
-Calling vendors to check price accuracy & inventory
-Editing product photos to maximize visibility and improve product listings
-Creating, editing, importing and exporting CSV files to update product listings
-Rewriting product descriptions to improve accuracy and assisting customers to make the right buying decision
-Categorizing, consolidating and merging product listings to improve SEO visibility and purchases

Qualifications:
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to read, write and perform simple math
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks
• Must have the ability to operate with little supervision
• Experience with Google Suite is a plus
• Experience with Shopify is a preferred
• Knowledge of car parts is a plus!

Technology Requirements:
• Must own a working computer with a MINIMUM of the following specifications:
o Operating System: Window 10 or iOS Mojave
o Processor: Core i5 or AMD A6, or higher
o Ram: 8 GB

• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection at least 20Mbps
• Must have a headset to make and take phone calls free from outside noise

Time Commitment: 40 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $3 USD/hr, depending on experience (based on exchange rate on February 17)
