ABOUT US...

Founded in 2012, we are have grown to become a significant international producer of vegan protein shakes. We are an online-only focused company and sell primarily on Amazon US and UK. We produce a range of products sold under 6 separate brands. We are a talented team of dedicated, highly qualified professionals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO...

We have great products. This role is all about spreading the word by getting our products into the hands of people who have an audience. This is an extremely important strategic role in our business and so you will report directly to the CEO. You will have a VA to help you as well as graphic design support where necessary.

1. Setup & Manage Influencer Campaigns

Identify suitable micro-influencers (Instagram, Youtube & TikTok)
Manage Outreach (Our VA can help with this)
Manage Sending of products (Our VA can help with this)
Track posts
Analyse results & Start Over
We have 6 different brands, across different geographies. We will start with our biggest brand in the US and gradually add other campaigns once we have the methodology nailed.

2. PR Outreach

Identify suitable magazine publications that would be interested in featuring some of our products
Identify the most relevant writers to target with samples
Manage our VA, who will track down contact details of the writers and coordinate the sending of free product
Manage and track follow up, developing the relationship to hopefully get coverage in their publication.

3. Encourage Content Creation

Task 1 above will produce some great photos and videos. You will identify the best content creators, and work with them to continuously develop photos and videos on a paid basis which we can use in our social media and website.

4. Manage our VA

This is very important. You will take our existing VA under your wing. He will report to you and you will delegate work for him and manage his performance.

LOCATION & HOURS...

We work remotely, so you can be based anywhere in the Philippines and can work standard Filipino working hours if you like.

We're open to people taking this on as either a full time or part-time role.

WHO YOU ARE...

You LIVE influencer marketing. You LOVE influencer marketing. You've already done loads of this possibly with a top agency or brand. You need to be able to hit the ground running.

You are a marketing professional. You have experience of working with a consumer brand.

You have great English.

You have a deep understanding of the US customer and their mindset.

You're a bright spark with ideas. You can work independently and don't need to be micro-managed. You are diligent and organised. You show initiative and can come up with new, better ways of doing things.

You like your work and want to be part of a growing team where you have an opportunity to showcase your skills and grow with us.

WHO YOU ARE NOT...

Someone who needs constant hand-holding and direction. This isn't about following processes... this is about creating processes and constantly improving them.

QUALIFICATIONS

You're an A player. You have a track record of achievement. You already have significant experience of infuencer marketing. You probably have a top degree in marketing. This role is ALL ABOUT convincing someone you don't know that you have something compelling that they need to try. So you will be able to convince us that YOU are a compelling candidate. You will know how.
