JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I run a company that teaches data management for non-profits. (especially teaching software called KoBoToolbox and Power BI - you don't need to know this software for this job, although if you do know it, then let me know :)

I'm looking for a full-time employee to help assist with admin tasks of managing tutorial content publishing:

The first task you'll be given is to summarize and publish weekly Zoom Call notes. What this would look like:
- each week, Zoom call videos would be saved to Dropbox
- you upload audio file to Otter.ai to get an automated transcription
- you check the transcription to make sure it's fairly correct and download the .srt captions from Otter
- you upload videos and captions to Thinkific
- you write a summary of the topics covered in the calls (pull from video and/or transcription)
- include main topics covered with timestamps in the summary
- you create a new lesson in Thinkific Course with summary
- you create a draft email in Active Campaign (using Template) with the description of what was covered, and link to the course login.

Once you feel comfortable with this primary task, you'll be able to expand to do other tasks:

Calendar Management (arranging Zoom Call appointments)

Creating Invoice Summaries for Clients

Publishing New Video-Based Content
- coordinate video editing with video editor (you don't need to do video editing yourself)
- Review the editing & work with video editor until it looks great
- Create automated transcription file using Otter.ai
- Create YouTube thumbnail using Canva – or coordinate with a graphic designer do that – just use a template
- Create summary of the video with timestamps and main topics covered
- Upload video to YouTube, with description, thumbnail, etc, using template for description
- Create a landing page in ActiveCampaign with any downloads referenced in the video
- Create automation in ActiveCampaign for emailing the person the download when they enter email to landing page
- Create blog article on Website with title, embed the YouTube video, write the blog description based on the video content
- Create draft email campaign in ActiveCampaign to go out to the master email list
- Prepare a draft promotion schedule for the video and piece, and agree with me
- post video and/or links to social media pages

Meeting Recordings:
- Manage video meeting recordings from trainings, streamyard, etc
- Clean up notes
- Transcribe using automatic software
- Summarize descriptions and action items

E-Learning Video Recordings:
- Get videos edited
- Upload to Thinkific and/or YouTube with captions
- Write summary of the topics covered in the video (pull from video and/or transcription) with timestamps
- Organise all course or e-learning files in Dropbox
