What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is an expert in UI design, UX design, and front-end development to join our growing company. You are an excellent team player who is a natural at crafting elegant solutions to improve our website and product.

Responsibilities
Conducting research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits
Coming up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals
Creating and maintaining digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups
Designing, building, and maintaining highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
Working cross-functionally on projects
Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

5+ years experience as a front-end developer.
3+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
Proficiency in designing interfaces and building prototypes.
A history of building improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
Proficiency using Git version control.
Proficiency using the command line.
Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities with native-level proficiency in written and oral English.
What you can expect in your first month:
Participate to solve minor issues to learn our network's architecture
Become familiar with the future goals of the product
Participate in planning and feature development

We’ll give you lots of time in your first month to do all of these important tasks.
We also recognize that DeFi is a rapidly changing and relatively new arena of creators
and projects, and so we’ll give you some time to up-skill as you think necessary.

Then, it’s to work! We’ll set you up for success with all the tooling and assets you need.
We’ll also ensure you have regular discussions with your line manager so that you can
gauge what is a priority and set you on your journey to build the best possible products,
with support from the entire team!
