Bookkeeper/Admin

About the Team
It’s an exciting time to join our growing team with ample development opportunities. We're looking for a Bookeeper/Admin to strengthen our general ledger and accounting operations functions while keeping pace with our everchanging and growing business.
About the Role
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including managing and upkeeping numerous spreadsheets, ensuring team accuracy, payroll, tracking team bonuses & commissions, P&L statements, prepare annual tax docs, and six week forecast for budget
• Manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting for management
• Key decision maker on continuous development of accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
• Admin help, including keeping team scorecard up to date with current metrics, making phone calls for admin and financial related items, and other tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus
• Strong knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and budgeting a MUST
• Experience with GSuite preferred
