Calling Apartments

Your job is to call apartments in the area that I tell you and tell them we’ll fill their vacancies for 2 bedroom ---------- l them we want all of the 2 bedroom apartments they have available and negotiate a better price since we’re getting so many for the longest term. You will receive a bonus for successful negotiations. Once they tell you yes, they will email you application to apply. You will fill it out and send it back to them. You will follow up until we have obtained the apartments.
The hours for this job are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern standard time and the weekends are off.
