Revenue Management VA

We are looking for a Full-time Revenue Management VA Professional to join our Chicago-based Property Management Company. The role may require a graveyard, weekend, and holiday shift (the schedule is based on CST).

As a Revenue Management VA, you will be in charge of analyzing revenue performance and setting the pricing structure of properties our Company manages.

Job Description:
* Set room rates and minimum night stays to properties
* Develop revenue management strategies
* Analyze revenue performance of properties and adjust strategies with Revenue Management Director’s assistance
* Pull data from property management software and create reports/analyses
* Perform market analysis
* Other Ad Hoc reports that are needed by management

Qualifications:
* Proven background in accounting and finance for at least 4 years
* Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Can clearly communicate thought processes and how you reach decisions
* Able to demonstrate self-learning and self-improvement in situations
* Proficient in spreadsheets (eg. Google Sheets or Excel)
* Experience working in revenue management for a Property Rental Management company would be helpful

Must-Have Technical Requirements:
* Computer/Laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
* Has back-up internet source (pocket router device) and with contingency plan options in case of a power outage
