Setting Appointments _ UK Rental Market_ URGENT

Hello,

This position is very simple. My team & I need support setting appointments with Estate Agents (Real-estate agents) in the UK. Specifically in the town of Reading, in Berkshire.

You will ALREADY have experience in the UK property market. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have experience in the UK property market.

You will target online portals such as:

[1] Gumtree, and Facebook Groups & Pages that are 'Landlord' and 'Property' related Groups, as well as Instagram Property-related pages.

[2] Then the usual online portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation etc etc.

[3] Any generic (cut & paste) responses *will be ignored*. Briefly explain WHY & HOW you will be able to help with this specific role? Please mention "R2SA" in Subject Line of your email, and in your main email. Any responses that do not contain this will be ignored. Thank you.

BONUS:
For each week where there have been x15 (Fifteen) CONFIRMED property appointments - where appointments have NOT been cancelled or postponed - you will be paid an additional $50 (Fifty US dollars per week).

So you will earn $3 / hr, plus up to $200 USD for each *month*. PAID weekly based on x15 (Fifteen) CONFIRMED property appointments (face to face) not 'virtual' appointments.

The task will involve lead-scraping for property leads in the Reading area. Specifically for RENTALS (not to purchase). To target private Landlords who own property but are struggling to rent them.

Our target is x15 *CONFIRMED* appointments per week (or x60 per month) and appointments with PRIVATE landlords - to view their properties in-person (face to face).
