Over 1 million people/month use BuildZoom to research and hire contractors and we are managing $1 billion/year in remodels.

We just received $11 million in venture capital funding from top Silicon Valley investors to aggressively expand our Oklahoma, Manila, and San Francisco offices. We're a rocket ship start-up who grew revenues 800% in the last year and are overwhelmed with the demand for our product! Therefore, we are looking for passionate, dedicated, and talented Inside Sales Associates for our modern Manila office.

What you'll do:

• You will be assisting our mission of working with project owners and contractors to provide the best possible remodeling help and assisting them in building their dream home over the phone and other forms of communication.
• You will devise, evaluate and refine methods for obtaining feedback from property owners to build our valuable review database with over +100k review data points.
• You will be the engine of our Contractor Relations growth team helping to acquire and ensure that we have only the best contractors.
• You will receive constant coaching on inside sales best practices and techniques though both 1-on-1 sessions and training in our state of the art learning management system.
• You will maintain and improve quality results by following playbook, then recommending improved policies and sales procedures. Your voice will be heard.
• You will be interfacing with colleagues and management from our Oklahoma and San Francisco offices on a daily basis.
• You'll be given the freedom and responsibility to improve the core BuildZoom site and operations through implementing product and process improvements; we're an open minded start-up looking for people with drive and passion to make lasting changes!

About you:

• You have a college degree.
• You are self-driven, passionate in sales, organized, outgoing, smart, enthusiastic and has a very positive attitude.
• You have a strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• You are a people person and love talking to colleagues from many backgrounds.
• You are comfortable with technology (email, Google, VOIP, etc.).
• You can work a night shift. Flexibility to work on the weekends is a plus.
• You are willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• You are interested in making a permanent impact at a tech startup!
• You must have outstanding customer service and persuasive speaking skills.
• You have a competitive spirit with strong desire to make deals happen.
• You must be conscientious in regards to your customers’ needs and always be able to help.
• Previous proven inside sales experience and track record of over-achieving quota is a plus
• Previous 3+ years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience is a plus
