Bookkeeping and Quickbooks for Multiple Accounts

We are firm that supports US based startups/businesses with their back office management. Many of the clients maybe using outdated systems or are relatively new and so haven't set up proper bookkeeping systems.

Looking for someone to work with the firm in preparing quickbooks systems, and then onboarding by updating all the entries from previous years and bringing an account up to date for ongoing maintenance.

Should be able to set-up Quickbooks based on the type of business (example: consulting service, product based business, individual etc).

An ideal person is someone who would be fast, detail-oriented, efficient, patient, and flexible. You should already know how various accounts based on the type of businesses should look like and setup/audit/clean up quickbooks prepare the account for the CPA.

Must agree to sign an NDA.
