UK Property Lettings Coordinator (3 positions)

We are looking for a Property Lettings coordinator to help our Lincoln UK support office. You would ideally have experience with UK property lettings and management issues.

Should have attention to detail and be very organised. Full training provided.

You MUST have a excellent phone manner and clean and clear conversational English style.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our APAC General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We now have a team of 20 filo staff working remotely complementing our 20+ UK based staff.

Monday to Friday UK working hours - 8 hour working day (40 hours per week) with a lunch break of 30mins.

Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
