Creative Video Editor (eCommerce Beauty Company)

Hi there ! We are a 6-figure health & beauty eCommerce company looking to hire a superstar video editor. This is an important position where you can get promoted to a video editor manager as we grow and expand.

Your roles & responsibilities will include the following:

- Content origination - finding clips on the internet to use in ads (YouTube, stock video, news video, etc.)
- Video ad editing - short, snappy ads, and medium to long story-based ads (used for Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok)
- Intro editing - creating engaging "scroll stopper" intros for ads.
- Finding clips that match the ad copy scripts and then overlaying text, animations and effects to make a good ad
- Working with actresses and models to make User Generated Content style ads ("UGC")
- Other adhoc creative tasks that pop up like creating engaging static image ads or basic graphic design


Role qualifications:

- Natural creative raw talent
- Outside-the-box creativity
- Fast response time and high level of communication on Skype or ----------
- Good work ethic and ability to potentially produce 5-15 ads per week if needed
- Proficient knowledge of basic video editing
- Strong understanding of English to analyze the ad script and find clips that match
- Attention to detail, especially for User Generated Content style ads
- Animation experience is a plus

All training will be provided prior to starting, so you are ready to go. But after that, don't expect to have your hand held. This is a position where you run with your natural creativity and put it to work to produce amazing content that is different than what competitors are doing.

Payment will be paid per video you produce. There is unlimited payment potential if you work hard. Expect competitive pay.
