Need someone to help implement a design into WordPress with Elementor

Need someone who is great at the technical setup of the staging site and able to support on the staging designs to import into a live site.

Roles involves:
- Transferring designs into Wordpress
- Setup page in Elementor
- Updating the site
- Implementing Copy
- Knowledge with SEO and load time will be highly considered.
