Our company is growing, and we are after a Super Awesome Project Manager!

What does the role entail?

Project Management…

Website:
Understand the brief of a website
Work with designer to design an awesome site
Work with developer to ensure the site is built accordingly to specs and time frame
Quality control to ensure all text, images, design, layout are done correctly
Quality control to ensure all forms and functionalities are working

Video:
Working with videographer and animator to ensure storyboard matching script
Review video to ensure it is of highest standard

Podcast:
Review and QC podcast to ensure it is edited correctly


Reporting:

Produce reports from Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Adwords

Team Management:

- Run team report based on set criteria for incentive program

Experience - Must Haves:

Excellent English (verbal and written)
2 years plus Internet marketing experience
Project management skills - ability to deal with multiple internal staff and external suppliers to get project moving
Attention to details
Understanding of SEO (keywords, meta title, meta description, internal linking)
Intermediate or Advanced Google Analytics skills
Understand conversion optimisation
Understand lead generation funnel
Understand marketing automation

Quality - Must Haves

Have reliable computer / laptop
Broadband / Cable (Not wireless dongle) Internet connect of 3Mbps or higher (we have a lot of video tutorials, you must be able to watch them without buffering)
Reliable power (less than 2 days / month for brownout)
Proactive
Self-reliant
Attention to details
Good people skill to work in a team environment
Can work under pressure
Enjoy learning new things
Have positive attitude
