JOB OVERVIEW
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assisting the customers in answering questions and determining the issue solving to ensure that the customers are understood enough.
-Perform good communications with customers
-Overseeing completions of each question from customers and tracking the issues.
-Updating the daily issues that the customers’ response of the order or delivery (customer service)
-Creating detailed reports of customers
_Coordinating with the entire team for follow-ups on delays
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Must have a keen eye for detail
-Must be able to read and write(Type) Japanese Kanji(Chinese Characters )
-Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
-Proficiency in Internet applications (Word and Basic Excel)
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to work on graveyard shift
-Part time for starters but can be offered full time after the probationary period and evaluation
Business Hours
1:30am to 9:30am Philippine time
Minimum of 4hours daily
Work hours can be discussed
