OUTBOUND CALLER / COLD CALLER

Position: Outbound Caller / Cold Caller
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Proficient in English
• Excellent comprehension in both verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service
• Skilled in negotiating effectively
• Very detail-oriented and results-driven
• Patient and able to handle rejection
• Essential to have a pleasant phone voice
• Time Management

REQUIREMENTS:
o Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
o Must be able to work well under pressure
o Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
o Flexible in terms of handling multiple accounts
o Two (2) plus years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience is a plus
o Has a background in market research not required but nice to have

- Remote (Work from Anywhere)
* Paid Monthly Internet Connection reimbursable up to PHP2,000.00. This is in addition to the monthly salary.
** Potential to go on Permanent after the ninety (90) days probation period.
*** Upon 6th Month tenure benefits: Medical & Wellness Package and Guaranteed Annual Bonus.
****One (1) extra day of Paid Time Off for every year of service.
