VA for social media manager

I am a wellness practitioner and working on growing my business online with new courses and social media exposure.
I am looking for a Social Media Manager who is strong in managing at least two social media platforms (Facebook is a must) and willing to learn others.
The applicant must have a good balance of technology and design, strong written and verbal English skills, and experience in SM marketing. You will be using automated tools and responsible for creating beautiful and engaging images to share on social media and grow our following there. You don't have to be great at everything I am looking for, but you must be willing to learn, and explore the social media platforms I am not using yet.
The right candidate must be willing to grow with me as the business grows. I am looking for a long-term relationship, and human connection is essential to ---------- itially, I would like to start with 10 to 20 hours a week, and in a few months, increase the hours to a full-time position.
