JOB OVERVIEW

A rapidly expanding U.S. based oil & gas mineral acquisition company is actively seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager who has extensive experience in marketing, brand management and social media strategy and meets the following roles and qualifications below:
Job Roles:
Help shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Research news and headlines related to oil and gas industry in the US
Devise innovative growth strategies
Write pitches, blog posts and articles
Build relationships with industry partners, journalists and media outlets
Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
Create designs and layouts for media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter
Plan, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand
Manage social media accounts and engage any warm leads/clients generated from social media
Create engaging promotional ads in these platforms
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate brand manager
At least 2 or more years of experience is required
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Must have skills and should be knowledgeable with Canva or photoshop
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
