Our offices are located in NYC but are open to remote candidates who can work EST hours.


We are seeking an excellent service-oriented Order Management Specialist with customer service experience and vendor management experience.

We currently employ over 30+ PH employees and have an extremely collaborative, team-based environment.

Work is 9-6 or 12-9 EST and work can be 40-60+ hours per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate tea ---------- mber to join Kathy Kuo Home’s Customer Success team. You are continuously seeking to learn and have a genuine desire to absorb and understand as much about design as you can; you love people (and dogs and children), and relish in seeing them happy through great design and customer service.

The primary role is to assist in order follow up and make sure our design-savvy customers love every step of the purchasing, installation, and ultimately enjoyment of their KKH product.

You Will:

* Support Orders team be ensuring efficient acknowledgment, processing, and invoicing process

* Nurture a design sale cycle through consistent and responsible follow-up.

* Maintaining composure and positive service etiquette during stressful situations

* Resolve client needs quickly and effectively while driving retention and loyalty

* Must be able to work weekends and possible evenings. The potential workweek could be Wednesday - Sunday, 12-9 PM EST with holiday hours as well.


You Have:

* 3+ Years in Order Management / Sales / Customer Service industry

* A passion for the home furnishings / interior design space and ensuring an outstanding customer experience

* A keen understanding of customer behavior and psychology, possessing deep empathy and high EQ

* Be courteous, professional and demonstrate an elevated style sensibility in design.

* Be extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment juggling multiple tasks

* Excellent people management skills, including the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally

* Excellent team player while being able to still work independently without distraction
