• Customer service- calling clients with regards to lacking documents to calling banks
• Web research- on how the lending business works in Australia
• Social Media- updating social media sites on the business, i.e. Truelocal, website
• Email Management- from clients and Samantha Camera
• Calendar Management- set meetings, set calls, manage tasks assigned
• Data entry- be familiar with work CRM
• Computer Literate- be familiar with Word, Excel and have general computer skill
