Objective of role:

Through data ensure that through great customer understanding we become the leading disruptor within this market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
A knack for presenting complex data in clear & simple formats that cuts-through the noise and allows audiences to focus on key insights.
A natural collaborator, and enthusiastic about building relationships across the business.
Knowledge of the advertising and communications landscape. Clear understanding of how marketing works.
Maintain and manage BI tooling (we use holistics) and ensure that it is working to its fullest potential.
Provide clear data led reporting to our varied stakeholder network.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Proactively identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data to provide reports and actionable insights.
Clean data and maintain data quality.
Create and maintain data visualizations to answer business ---------- velop and maintain our data warehouse (BigQuery) in conjunction with our ---------- velop and implement appropriate business metrics.
Ultimately, empower business users to self-serve their own data questions.

Key Skills:
3+ year data analytics experience
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
Knowledge of statistical methods and strong analytical skills
Experience or the willingness to learn Holistics (similar to Looker), Freshdesk, Hubspot and other sources of data
Experience working with data (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets)
Experience with Google Cloud data stack (BigQuery, Data Studio, Colab)
Experience with managed ETL tools such as Stitch, Hevodata etc
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Hospitalilty experience preferred.
Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
Get under the skin of marketing problems, and generate genuine insights that will resonate with business leadership
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

100% work from home flexibility
Hourly work can be flexible, but Will need to broadly work close to UK times eg ---------- , Monday - Friday
