I work in digital marketing and specialise in Brand SERPs (the Google result for a search on a brand / company / person name).

The concept is new, but is taking the industry by storm, so my company is growing incredibly quickly - 2022 will be a great year for my company, Kalicube

Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic, organised person with a talent for organisation and you have great communication skills?

If so, then read on!

We are looking for a virtual assistant to help manage our online video courses. The role will include interacting with students on any issues with the platform (so not teaching :), improving the user experience on the platform itself and helping the marketing team by providing them with support and help with their promotional efforts. You will be working directly with me.

We have an amazing team of 8 smart, cheerful and lovely people already, all remoters in the Philippines like you, so you'll feel at home at Kalicube.

Your main tasks will be:
- Helping students with practical aspects the platform (not teaching)
- Improving the user experience on the platform (some Wordpress experience would be an advantage)
- Providing feedback and insights to the marketing team (including me) to help them to better promote the course

You will need :
- A reliable internet connection and a backup if that fails
- A good PC or laptop and a backup solution if that crashes
- A webcam and a mic
- Very good written English
- Be solutions oriented, fix stuff and ask when stuck
- Be available for full time long term
- Have a sense of humour
- Be a team player
- Be curious and keen to learn
- Be open to training (we will train you)
- Be at ease with working online

What I am offering
- Weekly pay
- 100% remote work
- Full time job (40 hours a week) starting at EUR 80 / week (paid weekly midweek)
- A swift salary rise if you provide great work (if consistently perform, you can expect to double your salary in 12 months)
