JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent multimedia designer to produce a range of designs/graphics/videos to meet our e-commerce campaign needs. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious, self-starter to take ownership of our design process from start to finish, including planning and execution. Job Description
- Create website banners, social media posts & stories, sales pages and email marketing campaigns.
- Ideate and produce different and visually appealing creatives that are converting.
- Edit and optimise product images.
- Carry out product photography if needed.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity.
- Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on performance.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Strong design ability that can turn audience into customers
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- Proficiency in marketing is a plus
- Understanding of the behaviour of the target audience and the customer lifecycle
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment gained either in-house or agency side
