JOB OVERVIEW

---------- is a content business. We write 100s of articles for our clients every month, and we need someone assist us with online marketing.

CopySmiths is growing rapidly. We need someone to help us keep the train on the tracks!

The ideal person will be detail-oriented, be able to follow instructions, work independently, be enthusiastic to learn and grow, and have a strong communications ability.

A background, or basic knowledge, in blogging and online marketing will be beneficial. However, we are happy to take on someone with no knowledge in this area. The most important trait that we're looking for is a hunger to learn and grow. If you're the type of person who wants to better yourself every day then we're happy to give you a masterclass in online marketing.

We have 60+ writers and a tight-knit team of 5 managers. You will be joining the management team.

You will be provided with extensive training, a detailed Daily Routine and support in all aspects of your work. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior marketer who has some experience, but would like to learn a great deal more.

# THE JOB

- Manage podcast, online event and speaking engagement bookings
- Manage article publishing schedule on CopySmiths blog
- Manage weekly client email newsletter distribution
- Manage design, collation of content and printing of monthly newsletter
- Manage content publishing on social media channels
- Complete monthly reports

Note: You are NOT required to write the newsletters or blog articles. We simply need you to manage the production and distribution.

# PERSONAL SKILLS NEEDED

- Excellent written English skills
- Good time management skills
- Good multi-tasking ability
- Comfortable with appearing on video calls

# TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED

- Familiarity with Canva
- Familiarity with common email software such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo etc.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Docs
