JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a virtual assistant who is well-versed in social media management and tools. You will be working in tandem with our team and reporting to the project manager on our company's varied website and social media activities. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, creative, and constantly learning new market trends.

Roles and responsibilities
- Researches on social media trends and works on strengthening the company's social media presence
- Creates interesting posts, images, and videos to be shared
- Creates content that focuses on increasing audience engagement
- Writes compelling caption for social media posts
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
- Creates presentations and documents, as assigned
-Develop multi-cultural graphics that reflect inclusion of all regardless of race, religion, sexual preference, ability, etc.
- Prepare mock ups for products
-Successfully develop, lead and execute the "2022 in 2022" social media campaign ensuring that each of our key platforms "FaceBook, IG, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest". Creating an environment on all platforms that is alive with loads of interaction, tons of information sharing and a community filled with wellness and goodwill
- Other Ad-hoc tasks

ABOUT YOU:

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Professional level designing skills on Canva, Doodly, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Can write and speak English fluently
- Previous experience with email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Takes initiative and is willing to learn
-Promote the brand and all of the various functions that are being offered
-Develop SPECIFIC strategies for the individual platforms
-Able to understand use of pop culture to inspire, entertain and bring awareness to our mental health brand
- Be able to devote 20-25 hours per week into completing the goal

ABOUT ME:

Here are a few things you should know about me:

I am a marriage and family therapist who owns a group practice and is looking to add additional products to my clients that include: YouTube videos, podcasts, planners, online courses, newsletters, etc. We have 4 clinicians within the practice with me. I also have 4 absolutely amazing VAs. I would love to have you to join us and contribute to our company!
