HR ADMIN SPECIALIST
Part time for the first 3 months
Full time upon regularization

REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME/ANYWHERE)

WORK DAYS (PH Time)
Mondays to Fridays starts at 6:00 AM PH Time

NATURE OF THE BUSINESS:
High end cake and cupcake store in Australia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains, organizes, compiles, and updates physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and other pertinent documents
- Manages and updates internal databases with different information such as but not limited to new hires, terminations, leave requests, day offs, timekeeping, and others
- Manages and filters applicant database
- Assists in posting job ads on various job boards and process applications received
- Supports in screening applicants
- Schedules Interviews, orientations, and contacts candidates as needed
- Supports in facilitating and documenting HR related Projects such as Job Descriptions, Recruitment, Employee Appraisal, Employee Engagements, Compliance, SOPS, Manuals, and others
- Drafts templates, proofreads, and organizes necessary documents for HR related Projects
- Supports in the implementation of the on-going HR related Projects
- Creates graphics for internal communications and announcements such as birthday greetings, new hire welcome emails, holiday greetings, and others
- Prepares, manages, organizes, and distributes guidelines, memos, or any pertinent announcements and documentations
- Monitors weekly timesheet and rostering
- Coordinates and follow ups concerns and clarifications to designated department heads or tea ---------- mbers
- Prepares reports on HR-related metrics as needed
- Provides necessary HR and administrative support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We need someone who's organized and detail oriented - triple Virgo level. Preferably someone with experience handling HR Projects, Recruitment, Documentation, and Employee Engagements. Someone who can be easily trained and learns fast that we don't have to explain how to use the different Job Boards, Google apps, Whatsapp, Canva, or Dropbox to and all those other basic things. We need someone positively assertive and will be committed to what we're trying to achieve as a team. Someone honest with a very good work ethic - someone we can trust with remote work. Passionate, creative, can work under pressure and can definitely multi-task. A strong problem solver and someone not afraid of changes for improvement. Obviously someone who's ready to work remotely with their own laptop, internet connection and has their Business Continuity Plan in place (back up laptop, second connection, a nearby place she can run to just to make sure work is uninterrupted in case of a power outage, etc.).

But if you think you're someone who complains a lot, sickly or generally has a lot of drama/excuses in life that will prevent you from reporting to work, this is not for ---------- t shaming anyone, it happens.

We have a team of almost 40 located in the PH. The business is growing and there is room for career advancement within the team.
