Growing an amazing company delivering amazing results and I'm looking for someone that cares as much as I do to create an amazing company. You would be doing the following

50 % of your time will be spent doing the following:

Consolidate Lists of potential Clients

Email Clients using lemlist -
Follow up with Clients and schedule meetings


The remaining 50% of your time will be:
Managing social media posts
review videos daily before sending to clients
take notes on footage
find music for editors
check-in with editors at least twice a day
develop more efficient onboarding system of editors
develop an onboarding system for new clients
create video style guides for clients
update WordPress site blog posts
research youtube videos and make lists
post and manage company social media
Write youtube descriptions


One of the biggest parts in this job role will be your ability to save me time. I believe in order to accomplish this you will need to be outstanding at taking the lead on tasks with minimal guidance. I want to be able to trust passing things off to you and be able to receive a completed result. I will need your help creating systems and then teaching these systems to others to improve efficiency. This is a creative job with massive room for growth with the company as we grow.

Must have fast reliable internet speeds (Download and upload)
Experience with Adobe Suite ( basic premiere and photoshop after effects lightroom ) Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Excel,
