This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week. YOU WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN DAVAO.

WHAT will you be doing?
Your main responsibilities include working one-on-one with our customers via
WHAT are we looking for?
- You have previous customer support experience
- Love working one-on-one with customers
- Possess rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles (some "special" customer require rare people skills :P)
- Empathy is your middle name
- Able to efficiently manage multiple activities and tasks at the same time
- You are female
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
