sales and marketing

Need a marketing director eager and willing to find our markets both retail and wholesale, communicate with customers, me, and my team with care, integrity, and joy to move forward our sustainable small family farm startup. Our first product is our Texas native pecans. Sales over $100K this year. Would like to increase to $250K next year. Then we want to add new product lines for sustainable small farm living: solar powered water pump, solar electric fence charger, and solar panel tracker. You would be responsible for the pecan business first, to find leads and sales channels and bring them to sustainable profitability. Then we would plan and add the new product lines one at a time.

I already have one full time sales and order person, as well as a full time ecommerce programmer. Experience is welcome but not necessary. I can train and direct in sales and marketing. But you need ambition and willingness to learn and change until we succeed.
