Paid Search Specialist

Plant Addicts Inc. is looking for someone to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for paid search through Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing marketing. The candidate will have a strong background and understanding of Google Shopping (PLA) and Pay Per Click (PPC) models.

This is a part-time or full-time, work from home position. A computer will not be provided.

Job Responsibilities
Review and optimize our Smart Shopping campaigns in Google and Bing.
Add new campaigns as-needed based on new assortments & company strategies.
Create new PPC campaigns based off of inventory levels.
Make suggestions for how to improve traffic, conversions and profitability for campaigns.
Contributes to team efforts by working on other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Familiarity with office software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Experience in Google Adwords & Microsoft Advertising
Experience using Google Keyword Planner
Ecommerce experience
Problem solving
