Account Manager (Jr. Matchmaker)

VIDA Select is seeking outgoing, dynamic people who thrive on connecting with and helping others to join our team of Account Managers! We are expanding our global team, and currently focusing on hiring in the Philippines.

As a client-facing Account Manager, you’ll guide your clients through every step of our modern matchmaking process - from understanding what they’re looking for to overseeing the execution of the service itself! For a person with the right skills, drive and personality, this will be a very fun and rewarding job.

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct point of communication for each client. As such, it’s vital to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Ensure success for our clients, including developing and executing a dating strategy for each client, maximizing results and setting clear expectations in regards to those results.
- Provide QA on the matches for your clients.
- Work with creative writers who are responsible for communicating with matches, and arranging dates with those who meet the client’s approval.
- Must be responsive to phone and email throughout the business day, as the Sales Reps will periodically reach out regarding scheduling needs. You’ll be expected to provide a fast response so the client can be booked.
- Attend scheduled team conference calls and a quarterly company-wide virtual meeting.

Job Requirements
- Due to the training time that we invest in new hires, you must make a 1-year commitment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills - must have solid English skills, both spoken and written.
- 5+ years experience in similar fields (Customer Service, Account Management, Client Relations, Sales, Project Management, Social Media Management).
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. We are looking for people who are detail oriented and process driven!
- A solid grasp of the dynamics of male/female interaction, as well as an interest in human relationships.
- Motivation to succeed and a passion for helping others.
- Most of our clients are in the US, and our company time zone is EDT. The ability to work US EST hours is required to serve our ---------- pending on where you are located, you will need to work an overnight shift or split the shifts into two, depending on your preference.
**If it’s one overnight shift, the working hours are 12 pm - 9 pm EST (12 AM to 9 AM PHT).
**If it’s two shifts, morning shifts can be done between 7 - 11 am EST (7 PM to 11 PM PHT) , and evening shifts can be done between 5 pm - 10 pm EST (5 AM to 10 AM PHT).
- You can set your own schedule within that time frame, as long as you are getting your workload in, so there is flexibility day to day. To start, the position is 7 days a week but upon completing the initial orientation period, you’ll have a regular day off.
