Investment sales - Fixed income capital raising

Pfotzer Properties LLC is a real estate investment group looking for more investors. We pay a 4-8% annual return with a minimal investment of $500. We currently manage close to $20m and have $50m worth of deals in our pipeline.

We are paying a 2% commission based on how much money you can raise for our investment group. ***THIS IS A COMMISSION PAY POSITION ONLY***

Desired Skills & Experience:

Direct high-net worth client communication within the investment advisory field.
Multiple delivery channels: Experience with client interaction via phone & email, as well as ---------- pliance: Proven abilities to maintain appropriate policies & procedures for regulatory-driven requirements.
High-level knowledge of current investment products and industry services.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in relationship management and customer satisfaction.
The ability to compare and contrast the benefits and suitability of different investment options and products.
Excellent operational and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative.
Extensive industry experience required.

Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Placement
