We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help the salespeople by entering orders in BigCommerce, generating quotes in HubSpot, tagging customers for discounts in the BigCommerce portal, and fielding customer inquiries to corresponding departments. While training will be provided, we are looking for someone with at least some experience working with BigCommerce and with HubSpot’s sales CRM. Your role will be to help assist with tracking and updating clients for the CEO so he can focus on closing deals and growing the company. You will have a VA manager in the Philippines to help manage your tasks and our team will have a dedicated project manager to ensure everything is tracked and runs smoothly.

What You Should Have
-Experience working with BigCommerce
-Experience working with HubSpot
-Experience assisting U.S. Sales teams and helping support U.S. side sales reps (any sales experience counts)
-Excellent written English
-Excellent verbal English
-Reliable Internet and Home Office setup
-Project Management Experience
