As our Property Disposition Manager you will be in charge of managing our buyer marketing systems & negotiating contracts with the steady flow of cash buyers that our business model ---------- vestors in our network typically buy our deals, improve them for rent or resell, which ultimately enhances local neighborhoods while they build wealth for their ---------- n you see the impact on what we’re doing?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Training provided)
Manage existing marketing systems
Respond to buyer inquiries
Prescreen and qualify cash buyers
Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently
Coordinate property showings
Attend property showings when needed.
Negotiate with cash buyers
Track and update our database with buyer inquiries
Fill out and prepare contracts.
Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.
Prioritize property marketing systems to meet contract deadlines
Manage, hire & train disposition Assistants
Qualifications:
Detail oriented

Enjoys working in a small group or alone at times.
Excellent communication skills
