Graphic Designer for E-Commerce

Hi everyone!

my name is Mischa and I am the Hiring Manager of a company called Graphx Designs. Our company was created several months ago and we are growing very fast. We are focused on making e-commerce sellers sell even more by making design that is suited to their specific target audience.

We see incredible changes in the conversion rates of our customers so we know we are doing a good job. Because we are really making a name for ourselves at the ---------- nt we are growing very fast and are therefore in need of new designers. We currently have 5 designers in our team and hope to expand that to 7.

About 75% of our projects are image design but besides image design we also offer packaging design, product instructions manual, business card design and logo design.

What we offer:
- 50 USD per project
- A well thought out workflow process (ClickUp & Slack)

- No tracking of hours or standard hours you need to work
- A friendly team of 5 designers

What we expect from you:
- High quality graphic designs
- Fulltime available (also in weekends if needed)
- Be able to create 3D renders, mockups, packaging design, logo design, Picture editing.
- Fast replies to our messages
- Have an eye for details
- Have experience with designing social media posts for our own socials
